TEDx University Paris Dauphine Salon Is back for her 5th edition, this time in partnership with The Climate Economics Chair !

This TEDxSalon was born from a joint desire between TEDxUniversitéParis-Dauphine and the Chair: open the discussion around a subject that is important to us all - Carbon. Our ambition: to make research lively, accessible and inspiring for everyone — students, curious and passionate.

Through short and powerful interventions, discover how Dauphine researchers are advancing thinking on this key theme, in a TED way: clear, interactive and full of ideas to share. Who is TEDx University Paris Dauphine?

We are a student association whose objective is to bring the TED spirit to life at Paris Dauphine University. Through conferences, fairs and inspiring exchanges, we offer a stage for those who have ideas that can make a difference. Our mission: to create bridges between disciplines, generations and horizons, to spread ideas that deserve to be shared.

Who is the Climate Economics Chair (CEC)?

Founded in 2010 in Paris Dauphine—PSL and hosted by the Europlace Institute of Finance, the CEC is a key academic player for the economic analysis of climate change. Recognized for its scientific excellence, impartiality and ethics, it promotes open dialogue between researchers, decision-makers, businesses and civil society. At the heart of the low-carbon transition, the CEC studies the decarbonization of the economy, climate resilience and the impact of public policies, with a multisectoral approach (energy, agriculture, building) and global (North and South). Based on excellent research, a constant dialogue with public and private actors, and the training of experts (Dauphine-PSL, AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec), the CEC combinesScience and decision support for public and private actors to accelerate the transition to a sustainable and carbon neutral economy.
