In 2025, more than 2.3 billion euros in SCPI shares remain blocked, waiting for resale, with an average period of more than 600 days. More than 100 years of waiting on some SCPIs... or a few weeks on 2nd Market. 2nd Market is the first digital platform dedicated to the resale of SCPIs in all simplicity and security.

It allows transactions by mutual agreement, supervised by a notary. Our objective is simple: to make this market more fluid, faster and more accessible. 2nd Market unanimously obtained the Finance Innovation competitiveness cluster label in June 2025. This recognition testifies to the innovative nature of 2ndMarket and its interest in the French financial center.
