

Set up by the scientific committee of the Chair: Economics of Urban Ecological Transition in partnership in partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme, this second scientific seminar mobilizes around fifty researchers, economic actors and professionals in sustainable real estate and cities in order to identify economic and financial models capable of supporting the transformation of neighborhoods, and to discuss public policies likely to support the emergence of new technical solutions and sustainable sectors.
This workshop, in French and English, will bring together a small panel ofinternational experts, and will take place under the rule of Chatham House in order to promote open and constructive dialogue between researchers, public policy makers and practitioners. International contributions will enrich the discussion, including feedback from Paris, Brussels, London and New York.
The workshop will also welcome members of Urban Climate Change Research Network (UCCRN), an international consortium at the service of urban decision-makers facing climate challenges as well as representatives in particular of theOECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) and the C40 (global network of mayors of the world's main cities united in action to address the climate crisis).
