The objective of this chair is to identify the conditions for the effectiveness of policies to regulate the employment market. Our approach is multidisciplinary: it mobilizes the most recent research in the fields of economics, management, political science, law and psychology. The evaluation of existing systems and experimentation play a central role.
They will make it possible to highlight the conditions for the success or failure of the reforms that have taken place in France and Europe in terms of securing career paths. They mainly concern the support of job seekers, legislation on job protection, human resources management and vocational training. New reform proposals can then be formulated.
