Ten years after the Paris Agreement, the climate emergency remains hot — and citizen mobilization is more necessary than ever. It is in this spirit that the initiative was born Run For Climate, designed to make as many people as possible aware of climate issues through a sporting, collective and committed challenge.
Between November 10 and 21, during COP30, the first connected challenge Run For Climate mobilized businesses, citizens and groups on a dedicated application. Their mission: to run, walk or work out, each kilometer traveled is transformed into pledge to donate to climate research supported by the PARC Foundation.
Result: 23 379.33 km traveled in a few days.
As many kilometers as warning signals — but also of hope — sent on the eve of the 10 years of the Paris Agreement.
The adventure continues with a new flagship event:
The start will be given to 9:30, on the banks of the Lower Lake of the Bois de Boulogne, near the Royal Pavilion.
More than 2,500 runners — amateurs, committed athletes, companies, groups — are expected to transform a race into a strong act, both sporting and climatic.
A unifying moment that combines performance, conviviality and commitment.

Hosted at the Louis Bachelier Institute, the PARC Foundation supports academic research on the central issues of the Paris Agreement.
Thanks to Run For Climate, each kilometer traveled, each donation and each participation contributes directly to the production of scientific knowledge and to solutions to accelerate the transition.
The initiative is carried out alongside committed partners: Le Bouging, EcoTrail, the C3D, and of course the City of Paris, marked forever by the history of COP21.
